Prospect advised that at this time the organization is looking to refresh its access points. Prospect advised that they require a solution that would be able to accommodate 30,000 sq ft of space. Prospect advised that they require a solution that would be able to provide network access at all areas without disrupting or any dropping devices.

Pain Statement/Business Driver:
The project is being rolled out as the current hardware they have in place is very old and very slow. Prospect advised that there are a lot of issues that they are facing, such as some employees losing connection to the network. They are a partner with Lenovo and HP for smaller office supplies such as printers, but not IT infrastructure. The prospect has been using a Cisco MR-18 for testing purposes at the moment.
