Jason Cook is the IT Manager for KOINONIA CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP INC. They have 2 locations located within Canada; this opportunity is for the Bloomingdale which is in South-Western, Ontario. They have approximately 50-100 employees across both locations, of which only 85% are constant network users. Jason advised he is part of the decision-making team when it comes to the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Project Description:
This project is to implement a VoIP phone solution with 65 handsets for the company’s Bloomingdale location with a call manager feature. Currently the organization is in the planning & designing stage. They have gotten pricing and options from two other vendors but is open to receiving options from one more vendor for this set project. Currently the organization is utilizing an older PBX analog system which is in need to be replaced due to the age of the system. It was indicated that they have reached out to CDW as part of the partners they are obtaining quotes from. They are open to hearing from all vendors/ manufacturers and are not tied to a specific brand.

Implementation Time-frame & Budget:
Implementation for this project is in Q2-Q3 of 2016. Prospect indicated budget has yet to be determined as he would like to hear what pricing and options the vendor will be providing to his organization on this set opportunity.
