Derek Lightfoot is the Director of IT for Alliance Icommunications Inc. He is the decision maker for this project. There are 350-400 employees; all of them being network users at his division. The company has 3 locations currently.

Project Description:
The current project is to replace the desktop hardware for the company. They require 70-90 desktop towers and approximately 50 monitors as well. They currently have Lenovo equipment in place. The company is looking to upgrade their computers as it is the only hardware in the company that was not updated during the move.

Timeline/Budget:
This project is set to be implemented in the next seven to eight months and he is looking to spend approximately $500/unit not including monitors. They would like to do this in the summer of 2016 as their fiscal ends in December they will be having the budget meeting in January.
